Detailed Product Description
HPW Series is a water based Polyurethane Lacquer finish for Leather top coating.
HPW Series does not contain tin catalyst and organic solvent. They are completely NMP FREE, and conform to EN7/RoHS.
HPW Series can be used with suitable dosage of cross-linker and tackifier on leather. They will become transparent glassy surface on the top of leather after simple curing process. (The solid content can be customized.)
Non-yellowish system. Suitable to be used for white and light color substrate
Excellent overcoating property
Excellent rebounded property
Good hydrolysis resistance
Excellent flexural resistance
Good scratch resistance
Good UV resistance.
