The healthy friendly coating does not contain harmful solvents of formaldehyde, toluene and xylene. It is completely made from natural non-toxic water-borne nano inorganic resins combined with unfading color inorganic pigments and other harmless additives to the human body.

Types:

1.            Environmental and healthy friendly indoor coating:

Humidity Adjusting:

Nano-polymer structure which efficiently adjusts indoor humidity and prohibit mildew. The healthy friendly coating uses nano-technological prepared polymer structure which has good air-breathing and water absorbency. It absorbs water in the air at high humidity and releases water within the film at low humidity. This enables efficient air moisture regulation and prohibits mildew (ASTM E96 test, standard 82g/m2 24hr).

Heat-resistible:

The  healthy friendly coating is made from water borne inorganic resin, will not burn at high temperatures, and will not create smoke fog or toxic gases. It has excellent insulation against high temperatures, preventing fire spreads of the coated material, and increasing the fire resistibility of the building material (CNS10757 heat resistance at 800C for 2 hours)

Water resistant, anti-bacteria, mold protection:

The  healthy friendly coating conforms with national standard CNS10757 for water resistant, acid resistant, saltwater resistant, stain resistant (ink, lipstick), boiling water resistant, and brushing resistant (10000 times)

Environmental friendly:

Applied with water-borne inorganic nano-technology, the VOC amount is nearly zero and completely meets with environmental protective requirements. The  healthy friendly coating does not contain heavy metals, toxic solvents, and volatile substances, making it harmless and in hazardous.

2.            Environmental friendly far infrared ray negative ion coating:

Environmental friendly:

Near-zero VOC amount that completely meets with environmental protective requirements. The  far infrared ray negative ion coating does not contain heavy metals, organic solvents and volatile substances, making it harmless and in hazardous.

Cleans the air:

Through far infrared rays and negative ions of natural minerals, The far infrared ray negative ion coating can permanently release negative ions and far infrared rays, which may efficiently reduce harmful organisms and odors, to achieve the effect of air cleaning.

Durability:

The  far infrared ray negative ion coating uses water resistant, highly adhesive water-resistant resins as the substrate. The life usage can reach up to ten years and above.
