Product Introduction:

ProPlus Heat Insulation Paint is an environmental friendly type polymer consisted of numerous nano-scaled vacuum cavities. Not only does it have the properties such as lightweight, excellent heat isolation, weather durability and good adhesion, but also even conserves heat, isolates sound, and forms   a waterproof protective layer. Reflection rate highly increases 96% after with the heat insulation coating, i.e. the absorbance rate of short wavelengths is greatly reduced which largely reduces heat absorption of a buildings outer shell of a building and helps heat dissipation via radiation.

Heat Insulation Coating Characteristics:

1.   Constant temperature heat insulation:

The heat conductivity coefficient of ProPlus heat insulation coating is 0.03 cal/s.m.°C, and in addition to its white color the heat insulating effect is excellent. The surface temperature of corrugated sheets on a RC building roof is reduced approximately 15~20°C under sunshine exposure, which can reduce the indoor temperature 6~12°C.

2.   Excellent extension property:

Does not crack easily and has good tension; will not crack and fall off due to distortion of the iron sheet.

3.   Waterproof:

ProPlus heat insulation coating can completely block water drops; possesses excellent waterproofing.

4.   Iron sheet anti-rust:

The roof of iron shacks will easily rust, but with the waterproofing of ProPlus heat insulation coating the iron sheet is protected from rust. This enables usage of the iron sheet to increase several of years.

5.   Environmental friendly:

Does not contain hazardous heavy metals and formaldehyde; the pH value of ProPlus heat insulation coating is 8.5 (weak alkalinity, does not easily grow bacteria). It is a non-toxic environmental friendly material.

6.   Durability:

ProPlus heat insulation coating is a highly weather durable environmental friendly material; endurance can reach up to more than 5 years.

7.   Sound insulation:

Restrains noise and creates a quiet environment; possess excellent sound insulating results (restrains 8dB).

8.   Quick and safe operation:

High pressure spraying operation (3800~4200 psi) with short drying time (dries completely in 30 minutes) is quick and convenient operation. A working group can spray coat approximately 500 ping (about 1650 square meters)

9.   Heat-resistible:

The maximum resisting temperature was found to be 290±10°C by testing, can be applied on factory equipments for maintaining heat, preventing the diffusion of heat, and improving the work environment of a factory.
